Kalorik Cobra series knife sharpener is designed to sharpen the Japanese High Carbon Stainless Steel knives to razer-sharp precision. The sharpener comes with three marked positions.

Position 1 sharpens the knives.

Position 2 hones the cutting edges.

Position 3 polishes the knives.

Recommended to sharpen (position 1) knives every 6 months or as required. Recommended to hone (position 2) and polish (position 3) knives once a week to keep the blades sharp.
